William Hill appoints Tom Waterhouse as CEO of Australian operations

U.K.-based William Hill has appointed Tom Waterhouse as CEO of its Australian operations.
Waterhouse will take control of Sportingbet and Centrebet, as well as his own online betting venture tomwaterhouse.com.au.
The role has been vacant since April, when former Sportingbet CEO Michael Sullivan left the company. Chief operating officer Anthony Waller left at the same time.
