Wynn, Galaxy latest operators to offer discretionary bonus

Casino operators Wynn Macau and Galaxy Entertainment Group have become the latest operators to offer a discretionary bonus to its non-management employees.

Wynn Macau’s “Winter Bonus” will be equivalent to one months’ gross salary, awarded to show the company’s appreciation to all team members for their hard work, commitment and loyalty during a successful second half of 2018.

GEG will also be awarding a bonus equivalent to one months’ salary, to be paid on January 31, 2019.

“Although the gaming revenue has slowed down in recent months amid increased competition with newly opened properties, GEG achieved a solid result overall last year. In spite of emerging market challenges, GEG expects to continue to scale new heights in the coming year along with its dedicated team members by delivering excellent services and products in line with its “Asian Heart” philosophy, improving operational efficiencies and strengthening collaboration,” said the operator.
