March GGR headed for 17 to 19 pct growth: Analysts

Macau GGR is estimated to reach approximately MOP 25 billion (US$3.1 billion) for the month of March, representing an increase of 17 to 19 percent year-on-year, according to analyst estimates.

Last week, ADR reached MOP 929 million, up by around 30 percent compared to the prior year period.

Analysts said that the increased ADR reflects increased foot traffic as a result of junket organized spring parties.

Based on current trends, and taking into account the upcoming Easter long weekend, March GGR is headed for 17-19 percent growth, said analysts.
