MGM China grants share options to CEO, others

MGM China said its board has offered to grant options to subscribe to just over 12.9 million shares to CEO Grant Bowie and “certain other eligible persons.”

The award is being made under the share option scheme adopted by the company on May 11th, the company said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing.

The ten-year options have a subscription price of HK$14.09. That compares with the closing price for the shares of $13.36 in Hong Kong on Wednesday. Earlier in the session, the stock hit a low of $13,18, the weakest level since November 2012.

Bowie was given an option to subscribe to 2,753,600 shares. None of the other eligible persons are directors of the company, it said.
