Melco announces retirement of exec director

Melco International Development has announced the retirement of its executive director, Frank Tsui Che Yin with effect on July 1, 2017.

In his place, the company has appointed Clarence Chung Yuk Man, who is an existing director of the company.

Mr. Chung is also the chairman and president of Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corp.

Mr. Tsui, aged 60, has been an executive director of the company for more than 16 years.

He has been re-designated as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from July 1, 2017, for a term of three years to June 30, 2020, according to a company filing.

Earlier this week, the company announced that Dennis Tam Chi Wai would take the place of Mr. Tsui with effect from July 1, 2017 - it clarified on Tuesday that “Mr. Tam remains to act as an alternate authorized representative to Mr. Leung Hoi Wai, Vincent, an existing authorized representative of the company.”
