PhilWeb acquires another eGames site

PhilWeb Corporation has announced it has acquired a Pagcor e-Games site in Quezon City, according to a company filing to the Philippine Stock Exchange.

The e-games operator on Tuesday acquired the eGames site in Novaliches through its subsidiary, BigGame, Inc, from Jerry D. Bolo by giving the latter 340,000 common shares, according to the company.

Price per share was P7.78 at the time of transaction.
