Sora Ventures to launch crypto conference in Macau

Sora Ventures is hosting a cryptocurrency conference in Macau this year in November, putting a spotlight on blockchain development in Asia.

According to a report on NASDAQ, the conference is set to feature a wide variety of known industry experts, held on Nov 13 to 14.

Jason Fang, managing partner at Sora Ventures, said one of the reasons for hosting the conference in Macau is to showcase their second incubated project, Alphaslot, which provides slot machines for casinos in Asia.

The Sora Summit however will cover more topics than Alphaslot alone. Fang said other points of discussion include "blockchain [technology] and token investments in Asia, casino use-case with blockchain technology and Sora Ventures."

Noteworthy speakers include  Taylor Gerring, co-founder of the Ethereum Foundation; Patrick Dai , founder of Qtum; Sunny Lu , co-founder of VeChain and more.
