China cracks down on casinos open to kids


China is cracking down on gambling houses, with severe penalties likely, especially for those that are open to children, Xinhua said. Running sites with 10 or more gambling tools, or two if they are open to juveniles will be viewed as operating a gambling house as set out in China’s criminal law. Authorities plan to target operators and their investors, the report said.
